June 3rd, 2007 Ride, Race, Ride... Abby - Coquitlam - Valley

Updated May 28th, 2007.... after lunch ride....

This will be a multi part, all day ride. However you may meet us at either spot below, or just come to Roo's Pub & Grill in Coquitlam for lunch. The morning will be a backroad ride from Abby to Coquitlam, then after the races and some lunch we'll head out for another ride to finish off the day... I'm still planning the afternoon, so if you have a destination in mind I'm open to sujestions... check back for updates....

Thanks to the Ryan & the staff at Roo's Pub & Grill for offering to have the races on for us.

Please post up if your joining us for lunch so I can give the Pub an idea of how many people to expect.

Part A:

When: June 3rd, 2007 .... 8:30am Meet - 9am Leave
Where to: Backroads, through Mission, Abby, Fort Langely etc... too Roo's Pub in Coquitlam
Why: For Lunch and to watch the AMA Superbike Races on the big screen.
Meeting point: Tim Horton's @ Abby AutoMall, Mt.Lehman exit.
Pace: Your own.... if there are enough riders, we'll split into multiple groups... if your slow we'll wait for you...

I would rather wait for you to catch up, than to have to pull you out of a ditch and wait for a tow truck.



Part B:

When: June 3rd, 2007 .... 11am meet to watch races 1:00pm leave
Where to: undetermined at this point, but I'm open to sujestions
after lunch ride will be decided at lunch depending on size and skill level of the general group... possiblities include heading up through IOCO and around the Burrand Thermal plant, or back out through Maple Ridge and doing some Mission backroads....
Why: For Lunch and to watch the AMA Superbike Races on the big screen.
Meeting point: Roo's Pub in Coquitlam entrance off of Christmas Way in Coquitlam, near Superstore and Coquitlam Center.
