If they sell 20 899's this year, it's really only 10 customers. Each one is on the second?

You could try a motorcycle shop. They would look in a catalogue, or on the internet and order you something... it's not likely in stock.

Since there's going to be a fleet of 20 demo bikes there, I would say that there's still 20 left for this years quota.

CBR 250 as a track bike?

    Thread Starter: cvrle1

When it comes to 250's, so far I only saw Ninja's for track/race bikes. How are CBR 250's? Reading Jaybo's new race bike thread he mentioned that "his sources" steered him towards a ninja instead of CBR. Why is ninja more preferred over a cbr as a track bike?

The "squeak" you emit when you get bit by 110v.

    Thread Starter: Pea Souper

I have to chuckle. After many renovations in the last 24 years I have trained my wife to do the electrical, I have bigger fish to fry. She used to laugh when I got bit, not out of some sick sense of malice, just the hilarity of the sound one emits. The squeak or squawk one emits is priceless....

    Diesel spill near Massey Tunnel

Exercise caution around the Massey Tunnel, northbound. There's a big diesel spill, who knows if the cleanup effort will extend to "motorcycle-safe" standards. http://www.vancitybuzz.com/2014/08/massey-tunnel-highway-99-northbound-lanes-closed-due-fuel-spill/

    New Bike Day!

    Thread Starter: Mighty Kentor

The V-Strom was getting lonely, so I bought her a play friend. Not the best day to pick up a new bike, but whatever. Full Ti Akro exhaust, Corbin seat, Heli Bars, PCIII etc! She feels a bit lighter than the V. :flashy Plus for whatever reason, whenever I pick up a new used bike, the tires are...
