RM has two 98 GSXR 750 for $8000. I am going there on tuesday and cant decide on what I should offer, I think $7000 sounds okay. I think Humans gonna go, anybody else free on tuesday. Maybe I should start the bidding at 6500, maybe Lyod can go I hear he's good friends with RM:D

Manny I will speak to one of the sales guys at the Westwood meet, Brian, he is a member of the WMRC as well, you sure you don't want to come ? becasue I know some guys at the meet also work at Supersport and CR Cycle.....will talk to Brian about the bike, see if he says anything bad about it and then we can go see him on Tuesday at RMS...start bid at $6,500 will talk to Ron at BK...see what he says too....

you got a link to that bike or more info ? SMZ you know anything Manny needs to worry about in terms of the 1998 750 suz. series ?

a friend of mine bought his 97 gixxer 750 for 6500 last year so that should be a good mark to start at

Manny if you are looking at a 97-98 Gixxser 750 why not look at the 7R as well at BK ? I know in recent years the Gixxer has been updated enough to beat the 7R but an old one like that would be on par with the 7R....I dunno will check that with Manny at BK...

If it's FI you want, then get a 98-99 gixxer 750. Though I heard at the time, those early FI bikes sucked ass compared to carbs bikes at the time.

Though I would probably take the 7R over the older gixxer750. It's the only Kawi that I like in the looks department....

If money is a issue, the gixxer might be a better choice since the majority of the parts are interchangable within the gixxer line if you ever need any replacements.
