Dunlop Q4s for smearing all over Area27
I've recently seen a couple of big shops in Victoria merge, namely Island BMW and Savage MC. This shows if anything the change in ownership from retirement, changes in building lease costs , perhaps municipal zoning changes which is bringing in high occupancy towers and other reasons .
So anyone know if the 'Busa is done production?
MCN Says that there's no new models in 2019...
But the Suzuki Canada page still shows new ones.
Well it is that time of year when WSDOT have done their reconnaissance through the upper regions of the North Cascade Highway prior to the clearing effort. They have come back with some news that is encouraging in relation to last year and will begin the clearing in 2 days, March 26th.
Iím guessing everyone saw this. *Pretty agro move right in front of all the cameras. *P_WO9RtoBIk
I went in to renew my Auto Insurance and Ena (Paul's sister) is working harder than ever to keep Cassells Insurance open. She has worked there as long as Paul has and I would hate to see the BCSB community to stop going there. While Paul's presence will be incredibly hard to replace as we all know...
If you had unlimited funds, desired an open class sportsbike, and the only two available were the 2019 BMW S1000RR and the 2019 V4 Panigale, which would you choose?
Way back in 1992, I got my full motorcycle licence 30 days after I got my learners. I passed my full licence on my first bike: a 1984 Honda XLR 350.
I passed my full test in the morning. In the afternoon, I went to a Honda demo day at Richmond Motorsports on No. 3 Rd. (as I said, it was back in...
So who here is hardcore? How late in the year do you ride? I have exactly three weeks left on the clock and it might drop below freezing here tonight. It's been pouring for days and I am totally bummed.
So whos riding 'til Christmas!?
I'm sure that many of you have a favourite place to eat in the smaller towns you pass through on your rides. I'm not talking fast food here--I'm thinking about the local "greasy spoon", a hole-in-the-wall bakery, or some funky little cafe.
Please post some recommendations for good, cheap food....
A scenic time of year for riding. How about posting up a picture (including bike) and saying where it was taken?

Just wanna share an experience I recently had with BK parts / service department:
I sent in my rear wheel to plug and patch a screw in my tire. I had a staff member inspect my rim for damage (which was none)
Next day the tire was repaired but the rim was scratched badly.
Well, the staff...
I live in Ontario and will be taking 3 weeks off work and am planning to ride to BC and back. I wanted to ask the locals what are some roads that I must ride? I have been looking at google maps but I figured local riders would know better. I prefer roads that are twisty, have elevation changes,...
I want to compile a list of the top 10 provincial motorcycle routes and am looking for your feedback.
As much detail as possible would be great.
In January 2017 Lane Splitting was legally sanctioned in California for safety reasons.
This article discusses the new tip sheet for both motorcyclists and motorists issued by California Highway Patrol on Thursday!
So its September..........and while I have done a handful of overnight and multiday rides, I certainly haven't ridden as much as in past years, and I'm ok with that.....but I do have to share this observation.....where are all the sporty-bikes?
Day ride loops through Princeton, Merrit, Cach...
I got the latest issue of Cycle Canada in the mail today. Yes, I subscribe to paper magazines, cuz I'm old and reading is a habit I can't seem to break. And on page 60 of this issue I came across David Booth's 'Chronicles' column. The subject was the effect that an article in the February 1974...
I was going to compile a list myself, but figured its best to tap the collective memory of members here. Post your favorite and I'll update this post. Aaaaaand Go!

I speak for a number of life time riders that bcsb left for alternative media, but want to change for privacy. Can BCSB moderators connect with local riders again? I'd like to help lemme know.
I'm just home from 6135kms over 3 weeks with Scott Murray between Alabama / Georgia and Virgina / West Virginia, riding the twistiest roads we could find in the Appalachians. Not everything went to plan of course ( trip report to follow in due course); and not every road is as tight as the Dragon (...
very very sweet!
