Along with road and rule changes specifically making sport bikes less relevant.
Merry Christmas [emoji319]
Rossi does a bunch of car racing. I didn't realize that Hamilton was into bikes but obviously he is
I read something about different track lengths... Probably on crash.net
Hamilton was 4 sec slower on the bike vs Rossi and Rossi was 1.5 slower than Lewis in the car I believe.
But I'm likely...
Same. I need to consolidate this year and get down to two bikes. One of them maybe a WR250R... [emoji846]
Hate Hamilton, he's a duchenozzle [emoji846]
Shhh everyone is sleeping
Damn, what a shame. I just watched his channel last weekend with the daily news of the hill climb practice and prep.
Some fun roads just on the other side of the border.
Not really 1 to 2 hours, more 1/2 day.
Nice write up, looks like you had a good time!
It only gets worse https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190522/3bc2707c8080373e431c24e8ce81cc3f.jpg
Better way to look at it is deaths per 100000 miles / kilometers.
And then normalized for required training, graduated licensing etc...
I recall many outings where people failed to negotiate turns, but for me, that's the only one I would worry about on that run.
I don't really know that road all that well, probably rode it 7 times in 15 years.
But the only turn that tightens, and can really surprise you, is north bound [emoji846]
1% would be max I'd guess.
Thanks for listing all the roads, great loop!
One of them was sporty... [emoji23]
Turned out to be a great day for riding, chilly in the AM and windy on the way back. :)
A few photos:
Thinking of joining you.
The first person you have to beat is your teammate right? :laughing
Nice. Great day for it.
I do my touring on a SuperTenere now. Actually, I do most of my riding on it. Comfortable and quick enough (and frankly one of the slowest of the big ADV bikes). I don't see myself ever going back...
I thought Chia was a regular attendee at some point (and Frank too, no?)
