I know that off ramp well. Decreasing radius. Hope the ride is okay.

    Pick your spots people!

No offence to anyone, but based on the description alone ("2 guys were weaving in and out of all 3 lanes"), I don't have very much pity for the guy going down.

That off ramp is awfully tempting. It's a great at speed but like someone said you have to pick your spots.

LOL~! Perhaps I ought to try that one of these days.

While I have little sympathy for the rider, I do hope he has learned his lesson and wouldn't do anything stupid again.

i don't think it was smart that he was fuckin around in traffic but i'm sure he wasn't weaving in and out of cars on the actual offramp.

I hope hes alright, if a bit sore.

That sucks. I too love that on-ramp/off-ramp, its definately a fun one. I have no pity for someone riding recklessly and then going down. Whenever I see something like that, I always say to myself "see you in the ditch." Regardless, I hope the rider is ok.

    Get off your high horses.
No one here that rides a sportbike is an angel. We all ride like we're not supposed to from time to time. Regardless if the guy was weaving in and out of traffic on the highway doesn't give any of you the right to look down on him because he crashed.
We have no idea what happened. For all we know he was zipping in and out of traffic just for a few minutes after hours of riding and he hit gravel while taking the off ramp at a reasonable speed.

I'm just here for the intelligent conversation.
I've never ridden with anyone that didn't zip in and out of traffic once in a while. Especially in that area on the Number one. Come on guys, we all know that area is bullshit for cars driving slow in the left lanes and we pass on the right there...

I take this personally since I don't think I'm a "dumbass" and some of you more or less are saying if I went down on that stretch of road I would have "deserved it" had I been riding like I normally do there...

I agree with Kuldip, you gys don't know the entire story.
