So I picked up this bike a few weeks ago. It was not running when I got it. It has been sitting it’s entire life (has 157 miles on it). I have gone through and changed fluids and such before attempting to start. It will crank but won’t start. The fuel pump primes and sounds healthy. It will start perfectly with starter fluid, but will die right after. So I suspect no fuel. I’ve checked many fuzes and wires and found nothing wrong thus far. Any tips on what to check?

If a machine sits all it's life - with fuel in the system, then the gasoline will turn into varnish (the solvents evaporate over time, leaving a thick, hard, residue to gum up and block all small gasoline passages) ... thus fucking things up royally. Also, if an engine isn't run from time to time, then many of the small rubber components and gaskets and such, tend to harden and become ineffectual.

Good luck getting it sorted out.
