:cool We all know what a 'Stop' sign means and yet we all do the 'rolling stop' thing, whether on our bikes or in our cars. If we get ticketed from time to time, just divide the cost of that ticket into the number of times I/you have done a rolling stop; the real cost of a 'rolling stop' likely works out to be less than a penny per offense in the grand scheme of things.

My point was simply: we all do it. No biggy. Whether somebody wants to dispute a ticket or blame the officer are a different issue. As for the Supreme Court, luckily I've never bin' there.
