My parents just bought a brand new house in Sullivan Heights (Surrey) and they have 2 suites for rent. This area is located near 64th Avenue and 148th Street. They have a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom! Both suites are brand new and never lived in. Both suites have an alarm system, which you pay nothing for! Wireless internet, cable, hydro, gas and alarm monitoring will also be included. My parents have requested that the tenant or tenants be a quiet couple or individual. They in return will also keep the noise low as they are close to retirement. Both suites will be ready by Nov 20th, if not sooner. Both suites are also on ground level, not under ground! The only thing they can’t offer is bike space or laundry.
