I had been considering taking a course, though I ride regularly already, I was thinking of taking a course before getting my full liscence. My question is what are the available courses in the lower mainland/fraser valley and which is the "best" by your guys experience. thanks for the help

Very opinion-driven question. I took the B.C. Safety Council course and loved it. It's the most expensive, but I found the teaching excellent, with a healthy balance between theory and practice time.
Others here will post up the school they learned from as the best. In the end, I don't think you can go wrong with any kind of structured learning.
