just curious as to if anyone has 2 way radios that they use for trips and stuff. any reccomendations or advice in any way would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Friends of mine had "Chatterboxes" going down to Laguna Seca for the races last year. They are attached to your helmet, so when you take your lid off, everything is still attached. They worked pretty good. Communication is great when you are travelling.

i've found a heap of chatterboxes on ebay. thanks guys. been a big help.

i've been wanting to try the clearercom throat mics!
from what i hear, they're pretty good =)

Check this website. They had a booth at the Van Mc show this year. Good headsets & way cheaper than anything else on the market.

HS-400 is $89 which I wouldn't consider "way cheaper" then anything on the market, but it is exactly what I need. I might order one this week and check it out. :)
