Yes the specs are similar enough.

I use the Castrol in my Cummins.

Thought they might be, from what I understand the better Dino Diesel oils make great bike oils.

That's a tough call. Castrol omits some important specs but it does have a higher flash point. Zinc and phosphorus levels are decent.

The Rotella only has a flash point of 415 F which is too low for an air cooled engine and only so- so for water cooled when 400 F is considered minimum.

Neither are anything to write home about when Canadians can buy Petro-can Duron XL oils.
