Well I finally cleaned up my tail with a big thanks to atomlowe for the mounting bracket...

Now I just need to get some longer screws tommorow morning for the front..

I think it looks great.. I'm going to see how it looks with the license plate at night with just the illumination from my brake lights first, and go from there..

I dig it... I'd like to see it with a plate too.....I guess that means your gonna half to insure em huh:D ?

I think I need one for me now too.:)

Don't worry guys, I just have to look at building a universal mounting plate. We'll get ya guys fixed up pretty quick ;) .

It does look that it'll bolt right into place Jim....no problem;) .

I can't wait to see your bike with the Micron too. Its gonna look insane.

Don't you have the same problem as I do, Farhad? i.e. the trunk protruding below the tail section? It makes mounting a bracket pointless because we can mount the signals and plate directly through the trunk?

By the way, did you notice you called him Atomlove? A typo I hope.:D

Hey absolutedm,

I did the whole fender eliminator thing this winter on my '01 and I took the old license plate light out of the little plastic case used it. The way the tail lights are with the LED's, they don't put much light in the downward direction. You'll probably get hassled if you get pulled over. It wasn't that hard to do anyway. You may as well do it before you start riding again.
