Yeah, I think I'll be looking for a new rad too. I'd like to hook up that double fan set up also.
05 r6 rad has twin fans stock and its nice and narrow ,more narrow at the top compared to f4i so prob would crash better .

check chopshopcycle.com im sure he has a bunch

i put one on my kawi and works really well on 900cc motor

its approx 1.75 "longer and 1.5 " more narrow ,twin fans ,you can always hook up to a the stock thermo or an external thermostat inline to trigger it ,or a button on/off thing

That sounds pretty good, I wonder how hard it would be to modify the fit.

its just a matter of the piping ,i had to make a few hoses and close one off ,but it was crazy easy to hook up .swapping it to the honda may even be easier

That does sound good, although I do have an extra fan here already. But, if I have to purchase a new rad anyhow, it may be worth it to grab the r6 one.

And yeah Adam, most guys just wire on the extra fan. Running tie wire through the rad fins, seems to work pretty good from what I can tell.
