I don't know the bikes, but looks like frame, wheels, bodywork, swingarm, brakes

That's all I see.

I don't know much about these models but I think that the gpz's are older bikes, they could the model designation before the zx was introduced. Therefore I might say the zx could have more power, better suspension, and smaller ergonomics.

They're a generation apart. Wait one more year, and instead of the ZX-4 you get the ZZR-400, same as the ZX-600 we had here, with sleeved down bores and pistons.

seems kinda funny to want to wait another year to own a 15 year old bike.

GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE the both of them. Get something that was sold to the N Americian market. There's a reason why people only import for a few years and stop.

It's only funny when you watch them try and get parts for something that isn't even close to what was sold here. Trust me, it's worth the wait :laughing
