AMA is minor league compared to SBK and GP. Sure, it's exciting, but the best riders, and the best bikes are in the SBK or GP circuits.
FYI: Picotte CANNED by HMC Ducati
That sucks... he's a super talented rider. He qualified 5th (i think) at daytona and did well in testing. There must be more to it than meets the eye.
