Hi all

I'm going to install a Leo Vince Slip-on on my bike 2004 600RR. I have done extensive research here and there, and I was suggested that it will be fine to remove the OEM heat shield.

However, I do prefer to have some substitution. I wonder where can I get heat shield tape sort of thing here that I can put between the under tail pipe and the tail section?

I used Maier heat tile from Steen Hansens. Shiny metal one side, sticky the other side.

definately would not remove any stock heatshield.. if you do, for god knows what reason... def. replace it with proper stuff..

that looks good.. my old man keeps some at the shop.. i'm gonna put some under my seat on my R1... under tail exhaust
can get toasty...

GVP Surrey: $8 for 6" x 2"

Its kinda expensive.
