Is it a good idea to buy a bike with a motor swap?
I've found a 98 zx9r with a 750 motor swaped into it.

Any technical details I should know about? Motor codes, so on?
Thx

yea the crappy part is your paying for 1000cc insurance and only 750 power ,other than that that motor swap is a very simple affair ,you shouldnt have any probs

Prove you have a 750cc and pay the insurance rates for that rate class......
Most engines have the total displacement on the engine itself.

That's odd. The usual trick for this sort of swap is to put the 9R engine into the 7R's frame. Some dumbass got it bassakwards.... :laughing
