A lot of cars already think we have our high beams on anyhow, because they flash ya even when there's not a cop in sight. If I'm on a residential road and going the speed limit and someone flashes me their high beams, I just flash 'em right back and I'm sure they are surprised that those lights just got brighter.

The R1 headlights do seem to be brighter then other bikes. I wonder if it's by design, or are the owners putting in those whizz-bang super duper plasma retina burner bulbs?
