Ok, say I go to Action to learn how to ride

will they teach you AND do the testing there, through their instructors?

or do you still have to go through ICBC on later dates to do the liscence tests for the skills test and the full class 6 test??

No, I beleive that your last class will be your road test so there is no need to go through your local Motor Vehicle Branch for testing.

You are evaluated by ICBC Instructors but the appointment is setup by Action.

For the MST Test - Action is able to evaluate you. (which they do right there in the lot)
