i like the screaming I4's but the V-Twins are tempting me( i should have never tried the duc or the mille:D)

IT's their feelings we're sparing. The V4 is the king of the street as far as I'm concerned where we have torque and horse at "usable" rpm. there's no real need for 5 million rpm when you can accelerate from 3000. Not as dramatic as a twin, but it's there! With all this V4 GP stuff happening, it'll be interesting to see if they start selling street V4 bikes aren't decendants of the 80's! :thumbup

hey this may sound dumb but wtf does my bike have?

its an 89 suzuki katana 600

(btw, i dont know ANYTHING about bikes, don't shoot me)

i4 for me :) nuttin wrong with twins and all, but i love the chainsaw sound my suzuki makes lol :p

you mean when you are pusing it down the road trying to jump start it ? :D :D lol, jk....

You've got an in-line four. Typically, the power characteristics of in-line 4's are such that the power comes on progressively strong with more revs. You have to wind them out to get that top end rush.

You'll learn alot about bikes by reading in this forum. Keep postin!

funny how you mentioned that lol :) the only bike I owned that I had to consistanly push-start was a 1981 kawasaki kz440 lol :) :laughing :laughing
