I reckon they'd probably blame the rider.

He failed to stop on or before the solid white line before accelerating fairly quickly into an unsafe situation.
He then had to move out of his lane to try to go around the car, so they could potentially argue he was lane-splitting or something. (It looks like at the point of impact he was almost over the yellow center line.)
Also, you can't tell the speed he was doing... but in a busy looking area like that, the speed limit is probably fairly low. It's possible that he was actually speeding by the time he impacted the car.

Just because "you have the green light" it doesn't necessarily mean it's safe to go !

Intersection was blocked.... Be it wrongfully but the dude should have waited for it to clear before crossing. So the dude on the bike is probably gonna get some blame.

Rider is 100% at fault. Rider must wait for situation to clear even if car should not have been there. Rider is an idiot.

You can tell the rider is an idiot within the first few seconds when he starts flapping his hands.

When a vehicle is in an intersection they own the road; another vehicle can't barge in just because they feel impatient.

Drivers must wait for the intersection to clear before entering. Pretty straightforward.

And bonus stupid points for riding recklessly, causing an accident an posting it online.

That would give you a fine of $121 and 2 points.
No reverse allowed in any intersections.
Thus - much better to do a huge burnout and half-donut, so that one is then facing the direction one needs to move toward in a forward manner !!

Another example of common sense not being all that common. The motorcycle is 100% at fault IMO, yeah you have a green light but the intersection isn't clear perhaps a little more caution when it's obvious there could be an obstacle ahead.

ICBC would make it 50/50, they would find a way to justify increasing both parties rates.

100% motorcycle fault, reckless driving, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in an intersection, failure to wait for traffic to clear, endangering public safety, .. pretty much broke every rule.

The person that posted that up should get a smack just for doing that and take it down immediately.

Never ride angry or tired or any other way that is distracting. Blame the accident on the gf.
