Alpinestars uses kangoroo palms on their higher end gloves. Gives extra feel cause it is so thin, but just as strong. Pretty spendy but what are your hands worth to you? My last pair of $180 (Teknic) gloves saved me in a lowside at SBW this year. I work with my hands and there would have been some serious bone grindage!

These "what are your hands worth" comments don't really make sense...you can get the same protection from cowhide gloves as kangaroo. The advantage of kangaroo is (as someone mentioned) the added feel due to the thinner material, while still providing the same protection.

That being said...YES, kangaroo is totally worth the extra money.

Around $68 per hour
Hmmm...

The last time I paid a pair of hands to do my dirty work it cost me a $90 dinner plus a bottle of Meguiars leather cleaner to get the stain out of my car seat.

You sir, are a bargain. I'll be right over. Get out your chain lube.
