The bike will accelerate slowly but when I give it some gas it just revs like it isn't catching. Does that sound like the clutch?

How much does it cost to replace the clutch on one of these?

most likely the clutch plates are hard as rock, and that's why they're slipping. Or just worn out. Or the adjustment on the sprocket cover isn't done right.
It takes 1-1 1/2 hours, and I think it has 8 plates. $15-20 each. You can get cheap aftermarket ones, buyt the really cheap ones are shit.
Drop by a shop and make sure it's not the cable or cam adjustment first, before you order shit.
