If you haven't joined us before, the trackday is at Pacific Raceways 20 minutes south of Seattle, WA.

This is a WMRRA race weekend too - www.wmrra.com for anyone interested in racing or spectating, there will be races Saturday and Sunday. This is WMRRA's last race weekend of 2006 as well.

Same rules apply - Register online @ www.adrenalinefreaks.com and send me a PM with your Real Name after you have registered. Please make sure when you register that you indicate that you are part of "Amber Rimes Canadian Group" for the discounted rate.

I will announce the rate as soon as we reach the 21 riders registered. It should not be a problem to get the 21, we ussually have 25-45 canadians each event. If we get 21 the rate is $130USD. This can be paid via paypal, mailing them a cheque, or bringing me the cash (downtown).

If you haven't come to one of these trackdays yet and want more info feel free to PM me.

Cheers,
Amber

If there's someone who's interested but doesn't know how to get their track bike down to Seattle (or you're on a street bike but don't want to ride there & back), PM me as I may have a way to help you get to the track. Costs would be shared, of course, but would be minimal.

Was thinking about going myself. Looking for some island people to come with me. I dont have a race bike but I would ride my street bike. Not 2 worried about a lil crash..lol Do you guys go down on thurs night or fri morn?
Most people head down thursday night. have to be at the track pretty early and it makes for a long long day to travel that morning. there is a cheap hotel near by about 79USD per night www.peppertreeinns.com in Auburn WA

Yeah I just got word. we only have 17 and need 21 so the rate will be $145USD. for those who paid 135 you may have to top up the $10 when you register in the AM.
What's the deadline for this? Thursday?

Weather looks sketchy and I'm not interested in going if it rains. It messes up my hair between sessions.

The rain started at 6am, first very subtle, then heavier, and didn't let up until about 3pm. The track was wet during the whole event. My tires were inadequate for the conditions, but managed to keep the rubber side down. Amazing to see some of the racers with rain tires pulling power wheelies out of the bus stop turn.
Nevertheless, I had a good time. Met some great folks, got lots of track time (event got extended till 5pm).
A rainy day at the track is better than a good day at work.
