Looking for someone to drill passenger footpegs

I'm looking for someone to drill 3 holes in each of my footpegs to install LED running / flashers (one LED for running light, 2 for flashers to complement the integrated signals i already have). Who can do this for me, and how much? If possible, i'd like you to fix in the LED's as well.

edit - i should add i'll wire it etc myself. Just want someone with the right tools to drill the holes etc
