yeah I went for a lunch ride, it was pretty nice out there. I dont get off till 5 and would have to fight through downtown traffic so I dont think I can make it.

I'm on Annacis. You come across the Alex right......How about the the street across from the scale on Nordel. Instead of turning right into the scale, turn left onto that short street. About 4:30pm okay?

I think that Oak street may be the best then straight out to WRock.

Arai, I'm not 100% sure where downtown you are, but it shouldn't matter too much. I would go over the Burrard St. Bridge, turn left on 16th, and right onto Granville. Go down Granville till you hit 60thish (or you can keep going to 70th with the 7-11).. the 60thish light has a left turning light and will take you over to Oak. Turn right on Oak (there will be traffic backed up here for sure, but it moved along decently), and giddyup all the way down to White Rock.
