Canadian Gixxer taking off his airbox
We didn't do the BBQ today, end up at Boston Pizza at Ladner...
this is the famous "pick-up cream shot" by Atomlowe, it was first done by Teresa last weekend and I spent a good hour on it but still can't do it.
and today I finally did it with prove :D thanks to Jim who help me to document this ;)
And here it is - the video clips

Today feature two clips...

1) Big Jim's dual M4 pipe sound

2) R6rider wheelie -Almost flipped the R6 !!!
jesus man :eek :eek you're suppose to start laying off the throttle once it starts comming up :eek :eek

so are you scared shitless to do them again?? :) :)
so how'd you guys convince him to wheelie his bike?? he hasn't even done the first service yet :laughing :laughing
actually after watching the vid over and over again, it wasnt that bad.... pretty much the same I do, except dont take your feet off the pegs! :) :) :laughing
we didn't. He told us he did a tiny wheelie while we took a small break. He said want to boost it a bit more so off he goes for another run. on his 2nd run after the break, I just happen to have the vid cam shooting him and caught everything on tape :D
is that black strip across the street he rode over, did that upset his bike?
Wow... you pay detail attention to the video. Need to ask him for that, but it seems like it.
Holy $h!t man that was a close one on that R6 I bet you filled your pants after that one ay man. Pretty impresive hight though, not too far away from the balance point. By the way was that clutch or just a power wheelie ?
he's probably still feeling the after effects :)

damn 1st gear power wheelies are dangerous, they come up fast at the half-way point.... i'm gonna start working on my 2nd gear power wheelies, cause I run out of rpms really fast on the 1st gear ones.... but to be honest, wheelies are losing there value to me now, 600s aren't the best for wheeling, power is too unpredictable, and you really have to ring the damn thing to get it to come up.... makes me wish I had the 1000, nice and smooth and slow power wheelies at 100+ mph in 3 and 4 gear :) thats what I really want to do....

thats power dude.... did you hear him shut it off and wack it open, and the front end compress down....
I think stoppies are what you should be trying next CG. They may actually be a little benefitial as sort of a threshold or emergency braking type exercise. ;)
that would have put a pile in my pants one slip there and your
done...:tredmill

stoppies, nah, I would rather flip over backwards than flip over forwards :) :) I think stoppies do more damage, lots of weight on those front forks, and comes down hard on the rear shock....
here ya go R6rider, now you can add it to the bcbikes section.... welcome to the wheelie club hehehe :)
