Open up the compressed file and double click on the (kmz) file and you should be able to see each circuit from the sky. You must have Google Earth installed. If you don't have Google Earth already, download it from here.
Note: Istanbul Park Circuit location is correct but image is most likely very outdated so you can't see the circuit. Shrug.

PS: Here's a list of major tracks in the United States courtesy of California SuperBike School. Grab it here: right click/save. Note, for some reason windows saves it as .xml so make sure you rename it to .klm otherwise it won't work
