Ok, I'm really really bored at work on my lunch break and this is probably the lamest thread ever BUT who can name the grey bike?

The super easy bonus question is what year was this picture taken?

That's from Expo 86, I have a picture of me on that bike! But I don't know what it is...

;D
Oh, for some strange reason I'd really like to see that pic.

Why they all white?
Whats the significance of that crap?
I was just born in 86, so I know nothing about this freak fest.

yep it's an VF1000R. I had one so I know.. as well it's an '85 as those were the only ones available in Canada, and they had the single headlight. in 86 they had twin lights. Not a VFR by the way. I'd have to agree why the hell would someone ruin an R?

I think that submarine is at the end of the New Wesyminster Quay - It's part of a small playground. And I remember that barge, and I actually saw it last summer.

The all grey transportation theme was known as Highway 86, and yes, at Expo 86 as the theme was Man in Motion. It was cool how the tide would cover part of the display during the fair.
