what bike is it for? stock pipes have lots of wierd baffling inside so they have to be cut at the right spot so you don't end up messing up the insides too bad, then you most likely have to re-weld it or re-rivit depending on your can. The only good stock-chops I've seen were done by 5th gear... so get it done there.

Dude, don't listen to Skidmark. He doesn't know anything about that. I just chopped my pipe with an ax. Worked great and to seal I just j-b welded the shit out of it. Looks mint!!! But if you are not the handy type then yeh, call 5th Gear and they'll hook you up.

Ya well what I really want is one of those gp/slash cut/stealth style exhausts but I’ve been told that my CBR F4i will encounter fuel/power problems due to the way it is designed. Im not mechanically savvy at all so I haven’t a clue what all that means. But I cant find a exhaust on the market for this bike in that style so there must be some truth to it. If any one knows of someone that has found a way around this problem let me know. For now I guess the best I can do is cut the can down as much as possible. Thanks for all the advice and suggestions.
