Their parts and access dept's are open, but not alot of stock so far. I think they're going to do alot of stuff "on order". I don't blame them, go to any shop and you'll find 5 year old gear and accessories.

I know the feeling, I've got to knock off a $$$ fine before I get insurance Wednesday (not to mention the shop bill and insurance).

You think we could save money by getting our comprehensive coverage thru a private company? Cause thats the killer on sportbikes from icbc.

I can only afford 3months at a time, too expensive. oh well

Can't get private comprehensive insurance for bikes, i don't think, unless there is another company other than Canadian Direct that does it. They won't do sportbikes, or people who have been driving for less than 10 years either (for cars).
All the adds you may see about cheaper insurance or special comp deals are for 10+ motorcycle veterans.
But if you've been riding for more than 10 years, go for it! Some of us should be saving mone somewhere!

damn oh well.... I'm still pissed at ICBC changed the rates to 5% instead of the 10% a year for claim free driving/riding
