New to Van - Anywhere to rent a garage?

I'm currently living downtown but I'd really like a 'shop' where I can store a track bike, tires, tools, etc and just have a nice little secure space where I can tool around on my bikes. Obviously I cannot do this in my own building because all I have is a parking space.

I guess what I'm looking for is a secure storage garage or regular garage that is well lit and powered. I'm scouring the Yellow Pages right now, but I figured a post on here wouldn't hurt

PS - Did anyone else ride into work today? It was freakin' cold! :rider
