Anyone know best place to buy. For my 05 636, you can buy an insert piece that fits around the throttle cable. It was 25 bux and worked awesome. Is there anything similar for the gsx?

are you wanting quicker throttle response? there is a R1 throttle tube mod you can do. basically you just swap out your stock throttle tube for a yammi R1 throttle tube. the difference is in the diameter where the throttle cables attach to the tube. the R1 tube has a larger diameter which means,,, crank on the throttle less to get to WOT. not sure if this was what you were looking for

just go to your local yamaha dealer and ask the parts guy for a R1 throttle tube should be around $20 or less. swap your old one with the new one. thats it. you will have to readjust the throttle play afterwards.

there is a really good chance that the company making the insert for your kawi also makes an insert for a gsxr. might wanna go that route.

doug-already checked, supposedly it isnt as easy on the kawi as it is on the zook.

Go on gixxer.com and in the 04-04 600/750 section do a search I know there have been a few posts on it and the guys their have aton of knowledge for our bikes.
