i does come off by taking off 4 screws, we're just trying to get rid of that whole black fender to give it a race look...

adam, THERE IS NO NUT, just unscrew the allen head screws like any other screw....BTW they are hard to undo the first time
man that's where i got stuck too:confused
time to go play with my tools, thanks for the info Adam
