Were they racing from a roll there, cause it sure looks like it to me. other wise the bike would have been way further ahead if it was from a stand still. R6 sure laid the smack down on that viper

That R6 was pulling pretty hard away from that viper. Man I thought the viper would put up more of a fight than that.

I wanted to run against some bike at mission raceway last year, but for safety reasons they wouldn't let me.

The r6 ran 11.8, and I also ran 11.8

Last year I went to watch my friend race his mr2, anyhow, was checking out the bikes, watching gsxr1000's running 10.2 and 10.1 all night. R6's were doing 11 flat most of the night, some managed 10.9 and 10.8.... anyhow, the imports go to line up after the bikes race, so the gsxr1000 guy is one his way back from doing his 1/4 run, and my buddy in the mr2 accidently hits the guy on the gixxer1000 slow speed (walking speed), the bike fell over on the grass in the pit areas.... I was watching the races at the time, then all of a sudden I start hearing some guy swearing as loud as he can for several minutes, i'm like what the hell?? look over and see the gixxer lying on it's side Only a couple hundred in damages, a few scratches on the right side fairing, turn signal broke off, rear-brake lever was damaged, a few scratches on his Akrapovic pipe and a bent upped front brake lever....
