Road Hazard, SW Marine (2006-10-16 4pm Near Boundary)

Just got back from a nice afternoon riding, on the east bond on the SW Marine (Between the intersection of SE Marine and Boundary), yes right in the middle) of nice curve there, in the centre lane there is a section of metal chain link left on the road...so watch out...
i cound't stop and remove it..the traffic is crazy, this is around 430 or so..is there a number we can call to ask city's road maintenance to remove it? ride safe
