It's actually a 7 1/2 hour drive by car if you don't stop. Last year it took me 9 1/2 hours with stops and pulling 2 bikes on a trailer.
Distance from Burnaby to Spokane is about 650 km.

should be doable in 4-4.5 hours on a bike, how are the roads ? traffic ? cops ? I would like to just come and watch next time....

you would actually love to ride through the passes, stevens pass i think

just imagine a twist four lane highway

but the rest is a straight boring highway that goes on forever,

i dont think 4 hours is realistic even on a bike,

you have to drive to seattle and then head east until you basically hit the washington idaho border, just getting to seattle will take you around 2 hours, spokane is around 5 hours east of seattle,

we do around 140kph the whole way there and it still takes that long,

just as smz and dalt, they took forever to get there:)

There was about 30 bikes there, but the track itself wasn't busy at all with no more than 10 or so bikes on it at any given time.

Steve Smith #2 ama pro thunder rider was there on a 748 kitted out to a 820 something, nice bike ! wish someone would buy me one or two just like them.

I ran about 3 laps with him ,and then he'd pit, and come back out with another bike just like the one he was on? Go figure?

it was kinda strange, I could hang with ,and pass him down the front strait with the one 748, but the other one was just smokin down the strait with a top speed of 275+ when he and I were hittin 265 topped out on the other bike.(confused yet) I went over to ask them about gearing for the track, and find out what tip's they might give out?

As it turns out they were testing their new 998 that they are running in formula extreme next week.......well that answers some things here?

I timed the trip to the track from Kelowna 4:19 to the track on the A route, the B route takes a little longer?

and if you just want to come watch it's FREE !

Hey CHICKSFLY ,could have been Wolf in Sheep's clothing,or was that one taken?
Canada corner was fine,no crashes, guess there weren't enough Canucks down there to stur thing's up?

There are however some changes in the track runoff area?
comming out of the second 180 the track is about twice as wide right up to Greg corner #1 ir was that #3 anyways where Greg waddae his 9.:confused and theres a big burm all the way along that short chute.

Guy's watch out for this CHICKS FLY girl, she can show ya around the track quite well:D
glad to have you aboard (Queen of Speed)
