Guys,

I'm coming up to time to do an oil change, and I know some of you are just insuring your bikes and may want to do one as well.

How about we start the day off in my driveway (or anyone elses) doing misc. maintenance (oil changes, etc..) and then grab a coffee/lunch in Tsawwassen and head out for an afternoon ride.

The 10 day forecast shows partly cloudy, but no rain.

Jim.

would this "Tune 'n Cruise" day include "rear tire change"??? Or would that be considered and left alone in a whole day to itself??? I wouldn't mine tuning up the bike a bit and going for a ride. Sounds good.

Sounds like fun, but I have Field Lacrosse Provincials on the Island over the long weekend. I should be back on Sunday though, and although weather is a big issue, it seems that there are always a few people looking to go for rides so I will hook up with someone. :)

I say we ride, even it it rains.... it'll be lots of fun.... especially for the guys who never done it before....
I would not think there are many riders who have not ridden in the rain, especially living in southern BC.

But we do not need rain to do the slip and slide, going to school today I hit some salt/sand in a corner and my front slid out a little. It was fun--only because nothing happened. :)

i had my first slide experience in the wet. Went to change lanes and gave it a bit too much only to find my back end come out way to far, made my heart jump but also but a smile on my face. Its fun if nothing bad comes from it

I just got my toy on the road Sunday -- what a blast!

I think if the weather holds up I might just come out and watch, Jim. All that male testosterone at work in your yard! LOL

Should make for good comedy... :p
