Everytime I tried to do the Chukanut on Oyster weekend it was closed for "road work". I suspect they do this to avoid the army of Harleys and other bikes running down that road. Give it a try but if you see a Closed sign up at the top of the route then they did it again.

If you're still living out in Walnut Grove then I'd suggest going down via the Aldergrove crossing and Highway #9 it down then turn right on Highway 20 and follow that to Anacortes.

It's good to see that you're still riding after all this time since the last time we had to help you out.

Hi Bruce, ya its been a while, still planning on bringing the 01 back to the track...in a few years, once I get my CGA....still remember and am gratefull for all ur help, from drilling the holes in the bolts to making sure I got to a hospital... thank you.

can't afford to put the bike on the road, except for day insurance. did a small ride on the labour day long weekend, Sat & Sun. 2,437 kms. Langley to Jasper, Edmonton, Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, home. Slept Sat. night in Edmonton. Crossed the Coq. at 1am Monday...home by 3am...
