FYI. Went for a ride up the Sea to Sky (to Britannia) yesterday and the road was in good shape. No sand, rocks or any "Oh crap!!" goodies on the road. Probably not so good past Squamish though. Per usual lots of traffic, but few miles you get open are worth it.
