Spokane track day - What do you have to do?

I REALLY want to go to at least one of the track days this season, but I'm kind of concerned about the requirements in terms of equipment and preparation. What exactly are the requirements? I mean, I don't really have the means to safety wire stuff (no drill). Is this something I can ask a mechanic to do?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
