OK, Vetteboy - just bought a ZX10 (which I'm gonna ram right up your skinny ass)
I guess our spring trip (trackdays in California) is off now, you little shit...
Jokes aside, you guys are real troopers to go down there
in this shitty weather(or real fucking stupid)
Hope you had a good time.
I can't be held responsible for your errors in judgement Nick. Neither your purchase of a Kawi when you had a perfectly good gixxer nor that terrible misunderstanding in Thailand with the "lady" hooker were my fault.

As for the ZX10, it's best use would be a dildo. And it depends on the track. At streets the liter bikes were getting killed by 250's and 600's. At a track with longer straights you'd have a fighting chance. Maybe...

And I'm the stupid one. BlackScorpion simply relied on my poor judgement.

Seriously, I hope that we can do a trip to a Cali track day next year. Would be fun.

Happy now?
Actually, in the midst of the misery that I call existence, that did bring me some small sense of accomplishment. Thanks Scott. Thanks for just being you...

I was thinking of a Track day with the cars too. What year Z06 do you have? I'm going to head down to Portland and Seattle at least once this year with Weissach and more than likely do a trip to Thunderhill with a couple guys.

We may allow that horse and buggy on the track with us.

It DOES still have leaf springs does it not? ;)

It was definitely the latter. Lots of white knuckle driving through Northern Washington.

I just dug up a better picture of the I-5 that morning. I had just finished passing a convoy of cars that were doing 25mph on the slow lane. That lane was all broken up chunks of ice - horrible driving. I wish I had a kidney belt on.

I had to pass them on the "less driven" snow-covered fast lane. Could only do about 30 mph. The truck kept drifting from side to side and I almost bailed down the embankment on the left of the fast lane ...like several stranded cars we passed had already done.

Fortunately, it was a clear morning. :)
