may 12th 2005 i lost the use of my left arm. I am now just starting to get some movement in it and i can,t stop thinking about riding again. The only problem is i am bike less, mine was a complete write off. If and when i do get full recovering would anyone allow me to ride there bike around in a parking lot for a few minutes. I miss riding so fucking much it kills me to see it everyday. Thanx guys and girls.

How about riding a CVT scooter instead of a manual-shift bike? Ideally, you'll still want/need to use the left hand a bit for the rear brake, but you wouldn't have to worry about shifting at all.

But just wanted to say it is pretty inspiring that you are looking to get back to doing what you love even afer such an injury.

I am sure it has been a long road for you this last year and a half.
