Vanson?....Options?

Hey guys,

I've been looking for new gear. I've pretty much decided to go with the Vanson gear from BK. I like the jacket/pants as opposed to the one a two piece suits. So heres the thing....

The Cobra Perf is $799 because of the canuck buck

. I'm also looking at the Sport Tech pants as well. I would be purchasing both for about $1200 to $1300 with taxes. Now thats a hell of a lot of coin. I haven't asked Trevor for any type of a discount as of yet but will. It doesn't hurt to ask

I've bugeted for this, but am looking for any other options.

What do you guys think....am I nutz?

Well I'm in the same boat, and I don't want to tell you what I'm looking at because you'll run out and buy it.

No, but seriosuly, BK seemed to have some great pricing on some Teknic stuff when I visited, but maybe too flashy for ya? :rolleyes

I'm looking at spending no more than $1500CDN on leathers.. but I think I've decided on a 1 piece, 1/2 perf. (you can always wear a thicker t-shirt or something under) suit.. just which one I don't know:

Alpinestars P-1
Spyke Vortex
Spyke T-Shield

ARGH, the agony!!!

I tried on the Spyke T-Shield yesterday at RMS and I really liked it.. felt really funny to have a 1pc on though.. very tight, defintetly needs breakin' in this stuff that's for sure. But I can only imagine with my Sidi Vert2's and my black carbon gloves that suit would look dope... I love the Aerohump... woohoot!

I'm thinking I can buy a Playstation2 tonight just to make myself feel better

....must...fight....urge...to waste....leathers...money

. but then again, I could get 4 or 5 games too.

I've got one, don't buy it. I never use it, all I play is this one silly game called "Crash Team Racing" on it, and it's PS1 game for !$^!$^sakes!

Go buy some leathers!

All the leathers here are overpriced. go to kneedraggers.com and check out their selection. I have the spidi fighter (2pce) in black grey. It only cost $1200 to my door, duty and everything included. The quality is same as the spyke suit, with better zippers.

SMZ, I sorta disagree.. the Vortex sells for $1799CDN here, and $1299USD on Kneedraggers, same goes with the KC1 from Spyke.

Maybe just Spyke stuff..

Does anyone know if any local dealer carries Spidi?

Uhh Blitz, that stuff is pretty expensive. I don't think it'd quite fit in his budget. Or mine.

Not to mention you basically have to be a tooth pick to fit into that stuff..
