I just got the information in today's mail regarding the SCMA's 3 Flags Rally

I cannot reccomend this Combination of a Rally and a Tour highly enough.

I have ridden it every year I could and have always found amazing roads on the route and had a terrific time.

The SCMA runs a great show and this would be an ideal trip to take with a group of riders.

I have always been drawn in the ticket draw and friends who were not drawn have always been successful in buying tickets after the fact on the Forum

Here is the link

The link was down today so I will post the actual draw application tomorrow

are there support vehicles?
Nope. You enter Mexico, stay overnight in Mexicali leave in the morning for the US

Here are 3 stories I found on the net written by riders from previous years

There is a nice mix of bikes and riders on the rally. It would be an excellent big ride for everyone on this list. Some riders get a prior years route and ride it backwards from Canada to Mexico on the way south :) I have a few kicking around

Here is the Rally info

Time to buy a 'Wing, I guess.
You are too young for a wing Vince :laughing

One year one of our group rode it on a 1999 Triumph Daytona with a tank bag and a tailpack.

I know lots of riders who have done the ride on Blackbirds and 'busas. There is always a smattering of sportbikes
