There's a related thread in here somewhere with my name on it that not only is a fun read but gives anyone asking this question the actual facts and details of the consequences of an unpaid ticket in WA state. I initially relied on bad information which led to more hassle in terms of dealing with the ticket(s). TLDR - if you enjoy frequent trips to WA that include spirited riding then treat a ticket down there as the cost of doing business and simply pay it so you don't have to worry about it. If you can't afford to pay a $100 or so ticket in WA then you are too poor to be riding down there to begin with.
