I think if you wanted to buy a wrecked bike directly from icbc you would need a dealers licence. The auctions aren't open to the general public. What you could do is look in the bikes for sale part of the forum. Turbosonoma, who buys wrecked bikes, sells them also, as is. In fact he has several project bikes for sale now.

does anyone know how to buy rebuilts from icbc? i see it all the time on forum that ppl bought icbc rebuilt bikes. i want to buy a cheap bike and fix it as project bike. so i guess i m buying it from icbc. but where can i find the trash bikes?

Correct, to buy salvage bikes/cars from ICBC, you require a license. Call Brad @ the Chop Shop. That's his business.

i get all my parts from him and seen a ton of great bikes come and go .No point in getting a licence to buy unless you making a buisness out of it ,Let brad do the legwork ,he knows what they are worth ,or if they are worth buying .
If you look at his prices you wont find a cheaper bike than what he typically has to offer
