HMMMM Dat's Fundraiser, or the WMRC banquet.... HMMM tough choice... hang with local racers, or hang out with paid racers....what to do, what to do,... OH I forgot, I'm the idiot who booked a trip to Vegas that weekend.... :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead

Just talked to Andrea. Who would have guess it landed on the same date. Long story short: Jason called me on Weds to confirm the best date for the Boys to head up to Vancouver. Jason - "Nov 4th? Good for you?"

Being in Montreal and not knowing what happening in Vancouver and knowing it's next to impossible to jungle the schedules of AMA and MotoGp riders. I agreed to the date.

Both Andrea and I agree that I gotta try my best to find a better date (maybe the friday or sunday) so that people can enjoy both functions.

What's the chance? Time to get a 6/49 ticket.

Dat, I know everything works out better for everyone if it's the same weekend, either the Friday or the Sunday, but I don't get homeuntil the 9th..... So I'm hoping you have to push the date alittle farther, just me being selfish as I had an amazing time last year, and was looking forward to attending again.....

Dat, get Vonage and just VOIP! I get unlimited long distance calls throughout North America AND now a few places in Europe too for the low monthly price of $39.95 all inclusive. If you do go with them, say I referred you and I get a free month and so do you!

Ok, I'll quit advertising them now. But long distance is no more.

Cocktails from 6pm
Dinner at 7pm
Awards and music to follow

Tickets $35 including buffet dinner and one drink.

I hope to have tickets on sale by either the end of the week, or start of next week. Tickets will be available until October 30th only as the caterer requires a head count in advance. Unfortunately the hall does not allow ticket sales at the door.

Tickets will be available Friday, October 6th at the following locations:

Mspeed Performance: 1570 Boundary Road, Burnaby 604-294-3354
Carter Coquitlam (in the service department only, please see Troy): #11 - 1300 Woolridge Street, Coquitlam 604-519-0000
Simon's Automotive: 101-5763 198 Street, Langley 604-533-1162

You can also paypal your tickets and I can then leave them at the door, however you will need to note in the paypal comments that you are paying for tickets and note who you are, and then I ask that you email me for tickets to be put aside. The paypal account name is: Westwood Motorcycle Racing Club

Regular volunteers are free but you do require a ticket. All class and club sponsors tickets are also free.

It's my birthday that weekend so my family is having a party for me here on the island.

Hope everyone else has fun at the banquet and I'll look forward to catching up with people at the bike show in January, or at Mission in the spring.
