I am in Taiwan now. There is quite a few shops around.

There is also a Honda specialty shop near 光復南路口 and Keelung road. There is a night market there.

It depends on the item. Usually the prices in Taiwan includes everything already or final price compare to adding taxes GST and PST in Canada, then it becomes more expensive in Canada.

I have bought some stuff already from these different shops already.
